LUNCHING WITH THE DECEASED

I don’t usually post pics I take other than my work but I really loved how these pictures turned out, so I thought I’d share some of them.

Last friday, during lunch, a group of us took a walk over to Union Cemetery in Kansas City. Union Cemetery dates back to pre Civil War and holds some pretty important people. Mostly important to the Kansas city area, but George Caleb Bingham, famous 19th century artist, does rest here.

Yikes! Poor Catherine’s grave has collapsed in on itself.
